Calicut Labs provides a lead referral service connecting businesses with independent licensed contractors. We do not perform any contracting work ourselves. We are a dispatch service only.
2. No Guarantee of Results
We connect you with licensed professionals. We do not guarantee that any contractor will accept a job, that work will be completed to your satisfaction, or that compliance issues will be resolved within any specific timeframe.
3. Independent Contractors
All contractors in our network are independent professionals. They are not employees or agents of Calicut Labs. Any agreement for services is between you and the contractor directly.
4. Payment
Contractors set their own rates. You pay the contractor directly. Calicut Labs does not handle payments, hold funds, or charge service fees to businesses seeking contractor referrals.
5. Limitation of Liability
Calicut Labs is not liable for any damages, losses, or compliance failures arising from the use of our referral service. By using our service, you agree to hold Calicut Labs harmless from any claims related to contractor performance.
